Customers may cancel their order within 30 minutes of placing it without any charges. Refund: 100% refund.
If the order is cancelled after the 30-minute confirmation window but before pickup, a booking/processing fee of ₹49 will be deducted. Refund: Order amount minus ₹49.
If the garment has already been picked up, a logistics fee will be charged to cover pickup and return delivery. Refund: Order amount minus logistics fee.
Once alteration work has started, orders cannot be cancelled because tailoring services are customized for each garment. Refund: No refund.
If Alterhub cancels the order due to technical or service limitations, the customer will receive a 100% refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
